Is GoBambino free?

There is a $1 Booking fee per booking, half of which is donated. GoBambino does not believe in subscriptions or commitment (we mean commitment to our service, otherwise commitment is ok) which is why our parents only pay for what they use! We do however believe in giving back, thus the reason for #GoBambinoGives, so that $1 you pay per booking goes a long way!

I do not see one of my favorite Activity Providers on the GoBambino APP

While we do our best to get the best of the best featured sometimes we may have looked past a few. Please let them know about us or email us at letswork@gobambino.com and let us know who we missed.

How do I contact GoBambino with payment questions/issues?

What happens if I cancel a class?

If you have booked a drop–in class and decide to cancel 24 hours prior to the start time of the class – you get your money back. Unfortunately, if it’s past the grace period we cannot offer a refund.
If you have booked a workshop or a camp the grace period is 7 days priors to start of the class. If you cancel before then – we’ll gladly offer a refund and if you cancel after the grace period, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

Can I make a complaint about an activity provider?
