Our Summer Intensive will equip your teen with the fundamentals of cooking so they can cook at home with confidence! They’ll learn advanced techniques, explore new flavors and ways of cooking and most importantly, be able to show their chops in the kitchen! Intro Week: Mis En Place | July 1st through July 5th Series 1 – Cook It with Confidence! Week 1: All About Eggs | July 8th through July 12th Week 2: Chicken 101 | July 15th through July 19th Week 3: Pickling & Preserving | July 22nd through July 26th Week 4: From Market to Table | July 29th through August 2nd Series 2 – Bake with Confidence! Week 1: Quick Breads & Sourdough | August 5th through August 9th Week 2: Pies & Galettes | August 12th through August 16th Week 3: Layer Cakes | August 19th through August 23rd Week 4: The Great Freshmade Bake-Off | August 26th through August 30th

How to Prepare / What to Bring: Children should bring a reusable water bottle with his/her name on it. • If child will be attending and dismissing on their own we require a written release • Occasionally we will take walking trips to local specialty stores, farmers markets, etc. Freshmade will provide an itinerary for the day along with permission slips.
